The overriding focus of Premium PT’s 6 Week Challenge is body fat reduction / transformation or athletic improvements. Involved in this process are weekly targets and fitness / skill or strength testing workout challenges. Each individual will complete their challenge work out within their weekly PT session.

6 Week Challenge is ideal for everyone! We allocate 6 weeks to our challenges as our members live busy lives. A short window of commitment can be the catalyst to long term results and is more realistic to achieve. With less pressure cleaning up bad habits and establishing a routine is a breeze. It’s a commitment most people can stick too!
Once you have committed and signed up to the challenge your trainer will take you through a body composition assessment. This includes your body weight, girth measurement, a skin fold test and before photo (optional). This assessment will give us the beginning of your journey over the next 6 weeks and the figures we need for a more thorough analysis your body fat percentage and where you retain body fat. A discussion of your current eating habits will follow and advice will be given to help you get the most out of 6 week challenge.
A weekly workout is released at the beginning of the week. In your personal training session you will be coached through the workout with strategies and action plan. The workout will be scored by either time, rounds or reps completed. Weekly workouts consist of skill work (skipping or hanging leg raises, strength (squats or deadlifts) and fitness (rower or air bike) for example. We have RX (prescribed) or Scaled options for your current level of strength and fitness.
At the end of the challenge you will undergo the process of body composition assessment again and your final data is compared to the beginning data to provide you with your stats on your transformation in: weight loss (loss of kilos), centimetres lost (measurement tape) and skin fold reduction (loss of body fat). This will determine the challenge winner, Male and Female of the 6 Week Challenge.
For the weekly workout test a leader board is updated weekly to determine the male and female winner per week.
At the 6 Week Challenge dinner we congratulate all participants and award the winners of both the body fat reduction and weekly workout winners. We believe it’s important to award results!
